Team provides hosted RLSOK Cloud capabilities for the authenticated organization. It includes up to 10 protected robot identities, organization governance, Cloud Evidence, and reasonable-efforts email support. No hardware, robot, physical product, on-site service, safety certification, or Production Run authorization is included.
New paid subscriptions are temporarily unavailable. Community and eligible no-card Team trials remain available. For questions about future paid access or an earlier order, contact billing@rlsok.com.

Production Run is not for sale
RLSOK is Shadow-first. Production Run availability depends on additional validation and controlled enablement. Buying Team does not make a robot physically validated, functionally safe, or production-safe.
Questions
Can I subscribe to paid Team now?
Paid subscriptions and upgrades are temporarily unavailable. The $49 USD monthly price is for reference. You can use Community or start an eligible no-card Team trial.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. You explicitly start a 30-day Team trial without a card, and RLSOK never auto-charges it.
What happens when the trial ends?
The organization returns to Community. Existing robots and Evidence are preserved; resources beyond the Community limit are retained as over-limit/read-only for paid Cloud capabilities.
Is Community free forever?
Yes. Community is $0 forever and includes a useful Zero-to-Shadow path for up to two active protected robots.
Do you charge per command?
No. RLSOK does not charge per Permit, authorization decision, command, or execution.
Do you charge per team member?
No. Team is not primarily seat-priced; normal collaborators are included.
What is a protected robot?
A distinct robot identity registered to your organization. Transient reconnects, page views, commands, Permits, and Evidence records do not create extra usage.
Does paying enable Production Run?
No. Production Run is not a purchasable entitlement and requires separate real-hardware and liability validation.
Can I export my Evidence?
Yes. Existing Evidence export remains available; historical Evidence is not held hostage after downgrade.
What happens if RLSOK Cloud is unavailable?
Cloud-connected authorization does not silently fall back or create authority. Shadow remains zero-dispatch; existing robot safety systems remain required.
